Growing up in the San Juan Islands, the Pacific Northwest continues to be home to Erica and her family (including their flock of backyard chickens).
 
Erica’s roles in the nonprofit sector have been centered in relationship development, including in the areas of fundraising, volunteer engagement, organizational development and communications. She completed a double major in History and International Studies at Trinity Western University in British Columbia and later a Masters in Nonprofit Leadership at Seattle University.
 
Erica finds intentional relationships to be life-giving. She loves spending time with people - especially while walking, sharing a meal, dancing and/or volunteering at local, urban farms.  In all relationships, Erica seeks to illuminate our shared connection and inspire us to, together, take compassionate action.
