Cappella Romana – Robert Kyr: All-Night Vigil
Alexander Lingas, music director and founder

Inspired by the iconic All-Night Vigil ("Vespers") by Sergei Rachmaninoff, Robert Kyr's new setting in English will encourage you to meditate directly on the Vigil's themes of light, renewal, and hope. Cappella Romana, in large-choir formation, will sing Kyr's characteristic soaring lines and gorgeous harmonies, with counterpoint by Cappella Romana's virtuoso soloists. More than just a concert, this world premiere performance of Kyr's All-Night Vigil will create an immersive, ineffable experience unlike any other.

While not required, we encourage all concert attendees to wear masks while community spread continues. We ask that all audience members be respectful of each other's choices.
