Donor Appreciation Concert & Reception
Cathedral Choir of St. James
Joseph Adam, Director of Music

As a thank you to those who financially support our concert series and liturgical music programs, the Cathedral Choir of St. James offers a concert of some favorite motets sung during the past church year. The 45-minute concert is free admission and all are welcome to attend, even those who are not current donors.

Concert Program:
Bruckner – Locus iste
Jacob – Brother James's Air
Palestrina – Sicut cervus
Martin – Hear my prayer
Gardner – Tomorrow shall be my dancing day
Mendelssohn – There shall a star
Forbes – O nata lux
Gjielo – Ubi caritas
Casals – O vos omnes
Mathias – Let the people praise thee, O God

Following the concert, donors are invited to attend a reception in their honor at the Pastoral Outreach Center (RSVPs are requested). Friends of Cathedral Music and donors to the general Cathedral Music and Youth Music funds in the past calendar year are requested to RSVP by Tuesday, May 12th, so that we may plan the food and drinks for the reception (you should have received an invitation via email or postal mail). RSVPs are requested only if attending the reception. Current donors may RSVP at this link. Those who are only attending the concert do not need to RSVP. We will not be assigning specific seats for donors at the concert, unless ADA seating is requested.
