At the Vigil Mass on Christmas Eve, the young children of St. Gregory and St.
Cecilia Choirs sing a prelude. "People, look east, the time is near of the
crowning of the year!"

The Cathedral was packed on Christmas Eve--as many people standing as sitting!

Children carry stars in the entrance procession.

We sing the Gloria, the song of the angels, for the first time in four long
weeks!

During the proclamation of the Gospel, the figures of our manger scene are
brought forward in procession. Here, St. Joseph makes his entrance...

...and the baby Jesus.

All the children are invited forward to help Father Ryan bless the nativity
scene.

The celebration continues on Christmas morning!

"Sing, choirs of angels,
Sing in exultation,
Sing, all ye citizens of heaven of above!"

The Midnight Mass was broadcast live on KING-TV.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
