Sunday, May 31, 2009.  Pentecost.  At the Noon Mass, we celebrated the Rite of Reception into the Full Communion of the Catholic Church with fifteen young people and adults. The candidates join the assembly in professing their faith.  They are then sealed with the Holy Spirit through the sacrament of Confirmation, and receive the Eucharist for the first time. Our own parishioner, Todd Strange, served as Deacon at the Sunday Evening Mass.  Deacon Todd will be ordained to the priesthood on Saturday, June 13 at 10:00am in the Cathedral.
