Palm Sunday! Cathedral Piper Tyrone Heade welcomes us to O'Dea Gym
for the Blessing of Palms before the 10:00am Mass.
Director of Youth Music Stacey Sunde leads us in a "rehearsal" for the
songs to be sung during the procession.

"Hosanna, hosanna, hosanna in excelsis!"
The whole community joins the procession on Palm Sunday, recalling the
triumphant entry of Jesus into the holy city, Jerusalem.
"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord."
"Hosanna in the highest!"
The proclamation of the Passion according to Luke. "Let the greatest
among you be as the youngest, and the leader as the servant... For I am
in your midst as one who serves." (Luke 22:26-27)
The Elect, who will be baptized at the Easter Vigil in less than a week,
are dismissed from the assembly.
At
Noon Mass, Father Ryan gathers with the children on the front steps of
the Cathedral for another Palm Sunday procession.
