On Palm Sunday, the 10:00am Mass begins with the blessing of palms in the O'Dea Gym. Parishioners arriving for Mass are greeted by Tyrone Heade, Cathedral Piper. Father Ryan proclaims the Gospel of the Lord's entry into Jerusalem. Archbishop Sartain blesses the palms. Hundreds joined the procession to the Cathedral, waving palm branches and singing "Hosanna!" At the Noon Mass, the Schola Cantorum provides beautiful music for the procession. Children gather around the font for the blessing of palms.
