Wednesday, September 17, 2014.  Our seniors visited Paul Allen's collection of historic planes at Paine Field in Everett.

Wednesday, August 13, 2014.  Our seniors
enjoyed the ferry ride to Bainbridge Island, and visited the Naval Undersea Museum.

On Wednesday, July 9, our seniors were joined by our youth ministry on a trip to Fort Casey.
Fort Casey encompasses 467 acres with a lighthouse and sweeping views
of Admiralty Inlet and the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

Seniors and teens shared a picnic lunch and the beautiful vistas at Fort Casey on Whidbey Island.

Tired out on the ride home!

On Wednesday, June 11,
our seniors visited the Appel Dairy Farm in Ferndale for a guided tour of the milking parlor and the cheese making facilities. Our second stop was Fairhaven on the south side of Bellingham.

On Wednesday, May 14, our seniors visited Wolf Haven in Tenino.
Visit
http://www.wolfhaven.org/  to find out more about this extraordinary sanctuary.

Our own parishioner Elizabeth Bray welcomed our seniors to Wolf Haven and gave a tour.

It was a beautiful day for the visit!

Our first senior trip of the year was on April 11.
We explored Darius Kinsey’s photography which captured the monumental interaction between men, machinery and mammoth trees that defined early logging in northwest Washington as well as the Vanishing Ice exhibit of the Whatcom Museum. In addition, we toured the Spark Museum of Electrical Invention and its extensive array of electrical artifacts.
