On Thursday, May 29, twenty-one young people and adults were confirmed by Archbishop Sartain at a special Mass in the Cathedral.


Archbishop talked about a favorite passage from Thomas Merton:  "I am here because of someone's prayers."  He reminded us that each of us is an instrument in God's plan.


"Be sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit."








"Peace be with you."








After communion, two of the newly confirmed shared their thoughts on what the sacrament meant to them.  It was a powerful witness to their faith and hope!
