Each year, on the Sunday following the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord, we have
the joy of celebrating the Santo Nino, the Holy Child Jesus, with our parish
community, and especially with our Filipino parishioners.
The image known as Santo Nino de Cebu is very important to the people of the
Philippines--to their faith, their history, and their national identity.

The children of the parish carry flowers in honor of the Child Jesus.
Parishioners brought their own images to be blessed as well. The images
ranged from large to small. The smallest images were only 1" high!
At the end of the Mass, the servers lead the way to Cathedral Place Hall.
Each year, a group of Cathedral parishioners works for several months to prepare
a great fiesta for the parish. Thank you to the Friends of Santo Nino for
your incredible gift to the Cathedral!
Amazing food, amazing people, amazing music, amazing dancing, all to honor the
amazing love of Jesus, the Santo Nino, the Holy Child.
