Our "First Sunday Youth Celebration" featured youth ushers, youth readers, youth servers, and three youth choirs!


Youth servers give honor to the Gospel during the Gospel procession.

The younger children are in the St. Cecilia and St. Gregory choirs.


After the homily, Father Brant invited all the children, parents, and catechists to gather around the altar for a special blessing:

Lord our God,
out of the speech of children
you have fashioned a hymn of praise.
Look with kindness on these children.
Your Son, born of the Virgin Mary,
gladly welcomed children.
He took them in his arms, blessed them,
and held them up as an example for all.

Lord, send your blessing upon these children,
and on their parents, catechists, and teachers.
May they grow daily in faith, hope, and love.
May they take delight in new discoveries,
and come at last to the kingdom of your Son,
Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns for ever and ever.   Amen.
