JustFaith
How can we become agents of God’s compassion and healing in a wounded world? JustFaith is an intensive, 30-week program of study, prayer and immersion experiences that seeks to provide a context in which participants can grow in their commitment to care for the vulnerable and to become advocates for justice. For the past five years, St. James Cathedral has offered the JustFaith program as a core educational and conversion experience. Engaging Spirituality
Engaging Spirituality focuses on the link between spirituality
and engaged compassion by emphasizing personal and collective
prayer, reflection on the writings on spiritual masters, personal
experiences with those living in poverty, and contemplative dialogue
in a small faith community. This 21-week program taps into
ancient and contemporary wisdom and inspires participants to develop
spiritual practices that keep them rooted in Gospel justice and
grounded in love.
