There are three ways to purchase passes...

You may purchase passes online using your Visa or Mastercard to order through our online store. Orders are processed securely through Kurant StoreSense and Cybersource.

You may purchase passes by mail by sending your check or money order to: St. James Music Office 804 Ninth Avenue Seattle, WA 98104. Please indicate which event you are attending and how many passes you would like. Please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.

You may purchase passes in person at the St. James Cathedral Music Office.

Festival Seating
Seating is "Festival Seating" for concerts with reserved seating at St. James Cathedral.
"Festival Seating" guarantees you a seat but not a specific seat in the reserved section.
Reserved seats are opened to general seating a few minutes before each concert. The specific time of
release of unclaimed reserved section seats to general seating is listed in the concert/order table below.
Mailing of Passes
We will mail your passes as soon as we receive your order. You will receive an automatically generated
e-mail notifying you of the processing of your order. If we receive your order less than three (3)
business days from the date of the concert, your passes will be placed into
will-call (see below).
Will-Call If we receive your orders less than three (3) business days from the date of the concert, your passes will be waiting for you, pre-paid, at St. James Cathedral on the night of the concert. Please identify yourself to the will-call attendant to receive your passes. The entrance for will-call is at the Music Office in the Courtyard on the south side of the Cathedral (opposite the Cathedral Chapel steps). There will be no refunds available for passes not picked up from will-call.
