Tre Ore
Jubilate! Young Women's Ensemble, Ms. Stacey Sunde, director
St. James Cathedral Chamber Orchestra

St. James Cathedral observes the traditional Good Friday devotion of Tre Ore ("Three Hours") in which we remember the last words of Christ proclaimed from the cross. These brief exclamations from Jesus alternate with movements from Giovanni Battista Pergolesi's Stabat Mater and and meditations by Father Stephen Rowan, PhD on the Seven Last Words of Christ. Stacey Sunde directs Jubilate!, St. James’ advanced level choir for high school girls, and the Cathedral Chamber Orchestra, and Associate Cathedral Organist Samuel Libra.

This liturgy is open to all; freewill offering.
