TEN WAYS TO TAKE ACTION DURING THE YEAR OF FAITH

1. Learn the Nicene Creed by heart.

2. Read a little Scripture every day.  Start with the Mass readings, or just dip into the Bible.

3. Stop by the Cathedral Bookstore and find something that intrigues you.  Learn about your faith.

4. Get to know the saints, starting with your patron saint.

5. Identify any parts of the Creed that puzzle you and explore the explanations in the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

6. Invite someone to come to Mass with you.

7. Volunteer as a sponsor in RCIA to walk with someone who is exploring the Catholic faith.

8. Pray the rosary.

9. Make a pilgrimage.

10. Read about the Second Vatican Council and explore the four Constitutions:  Sacrosanctum Concilium, Lumen Gentium, Dei Verbum, Gaudium et Spes.
