The St. James Immigrant Assistance office is across the street from the Cathedral. Enter the courtyard through the door at the corner of 9th and Columbia. There is a metal call box on the right side of th glass doors beneath the awning. You can call the ESL office by pressing #05. Someone will come down to let you in.
