"Epiphany" means "manifestation" or "showing forth." On this great feast,
we recall the revelation of the good news of Christ's coming to the Gentiles.
The wise men from the East were the first Gentiles to recognize Christ as God.

A beautiful star hangs over the altar, reminding us of the star that led the
wise men to Bethlehem.

The children of the Schola Cantorum lead us in song.

The wise men join the Gospel procession!

"They were overjoyed at seeing the star, and on entering the house they saw the
child with Mary his mother."

"They opened their treasures and offered him gifts of gold, frankincense,
and myrrh."

After the Noon Mass, Father Ryan gave the children chocolate coins, which recall
the gifts the Magi brought to the Child Jesus.
