A team of Cathedral parishioners spent much of this week creating an installation for the great feast of Pentecost.  The installation of airy, fiery banners was created under the direction of Dr. James Savage.
 

Lightweight netting was saturated with brightly colored paint to create a unique effect.


The only place big enough for the banners to dry is the Cathedral itself!




Hanging the banners from the ceiling is a painstaking process.




Do not try this at home!




The finished installation is magnificent.
