On September 19 was the 15th Annual Hunthausen Charity Golf
Tournament, a major fundraiser which supports the Cathedral's many outreach programs.

For the 3rd year in a row, the tournament was held at Inglewood Golf and Country
Club in Kenmore. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day or better
golfing weather!

Cathedral staff and volunteers prepare gift bags for each golfer.

Today, the Cathedral closes the office to enable the staff to support the
tournament. They seem to have fun doing it!

Stacey Sunde proudly shows off her birdie.

At the "Siesta Hole" golfers pause for goofy photos and a margarita.
At left is Jeff Meder, who chaired the tournament for its first fourteen
years!

Trusty volunteers Jack and Rose Southall.

Our retired Archbishop Alex Brunett joined us, along with his brother, Paul
Brunett. (Can you guess which one he is?)

Our talented young parishioner Alex Nguyen welcomed dinner guests with music.

The dinner is a time to meet old friends and new, to enjoy the beautiful
clubhouse, and to bid on some great items in the silent auction.

For $25, you could take your pick of gifts. You might get a $200 Nordstrom
gift card... or you might get a "white elephant"!

Cathedral Kitchen volunteer Barbara Standal spoke eloquently about working in
the kitchen and the impact the ministry has on hundreds of needy people.

Parishioner Dick Foley served as MC of the evening. Thanks to all who
support the Cathedral's outreach programs at the Golf Tournament!

year's tournament. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
