The Golf Club at Newcastle Over the past nine years, the Hunthausen Charity Golf Tournament has grown into one of our city’s most successful charity golf events, attracting some 125 golfers and business executives from throughout Western Washington. This year, for the first time, the tournament will be at the China Creek Course at the Golf Club at Newcastle. It’s the mission of the tournament that keeps our participants coming back year after year - a mission which mirrors St. James Cathedral’s own mission of service to those who live on the edge of poverty and loneliness in a vibrant urban community. And the tournament is not just for golfers! You can sponsor the tournament at levels ranging from $250 to $10,000, and non-golfers and spouses can support the tournament through the Rendezvous at Newcastle.
